§ 9.0. Distribution.

Copies of this Zoning Procedures and Standards Ordinance, as amended, shall be printed and copies thereof made available for distribution to the general public in the offices of the City Clerk or Zoning Administrator of the City of Chatsworth, Georgia. Distribution to the general public shall be upon request of a member of the general public who shall be entitled to one copy. The Clerk of the City of Chatsworth, Georgia, is authorized to print copies of this Ordinance and any amendments thereto from time to time for purposes of meeting distribution requirements of The Zoning Procedures Law (Title 36, Chapter 66 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated).
