Intent to subdivide land means that before any grading, site development, or construction begins on-site, a preliminary plat must be approved.

A soil erosion and sediment control plan should parallel the subdivision plat approval process in order to avoid inconvenient delays in on-site work.

D.

The national pollution discharge elimination system (NPDES) permit should also parallel the plat approval process.
