§ 6-33. Enforcement.

(a)

The city fire department is authorized to refer cases for enforcement as to violations of O.C.G.A. § 25-10-5.1(c) to the state fire marshal.

(b)

All fireworks manufactured, offered for sale, exposed for sale, or stored in violation of this ordinance or state law, or both, are declared to be contraband and may be seized, taken, and removed, or caused to be removed and destroyed at the expense of the owner thereof, or both, by any authorized law enforcement officer operating within the City of Chatsworth.
