§ 7-43. Collection site at Murray County Landfill.

The Murray County Landfill will provide a collection site for scrap tires for individual residents of the city and for other entities within the city which generate less than 20 scrap tires per month for a fee equal to the cost of transferring said tires to a scrap tire processor. All other entities shall dispose of all tires in accordance with O.C.G.A. § 12-8-20, the Georgia Comprehensive Solid Waste Management Act.
