§ 8.2. Public Hearing.

Before enacting an amendment to this Ordinance, the Planning Commission of the City of Chatsworth, Georgia, shall hold a public hearing thereon, and shall provide at least fifteen (15) days notice of the date, time, place, and purpose, which shall be published in the legal organ of the City of Chatsworth, Georgia.
