§ 8.3. Presentment to Mayor and Council.

Latest version.

After either receiving a recommendation from the Planning Commission or the expiration of the forty-five (45) day period within which the Planning Commission must act, the Mayor and Council may proceed to final action on the adoption or subsequent amendment.
